This patient came in wanting to address her drooping eyelids that were obstructing her vision and making her look tired. She also noted that her upper eyelids were turning inwards, causing her eyelashes to rub against the eye which led to redness and irritation. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid and elevate the eyelid as well as a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin and fat. In addition, Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral entropion repair where he tightened the eyelid, returning the eyelid to a more outward position. The patient was extremely pleased with the results.
