This woman felt that her vision was being compromised by the significant drooping in her upper eyelids, with the right eyelid being worse than the left. She also wanted to address the excess skin and fatty tissue that was making her look tired and aged. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid ptosis, which tightens and lifts the upper eyelid muscle. He also performed a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty to get rid of the excess fat and skin that was hanging on the upper eyelid. The patient was extremely pleased with her final outcome.
