This patient had severe drooping of both upper eyelids and noted that her vision was being obstructed by the excess hanging skin. A bilateral upper lid ptosis repair was performed to tighten and lift the loosened upper eyelid muscle. A bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to get rid of the excess fat and skin that created hooding on the eyelid. The results for this patient were dramatic.
