I saw Dr. Tresley recently for a lower bleph. Every interaction I had with Dr. Tresley and his office was outstanding, from the initial consultation meeting to the second post-op appointment. Dr. Tresley and his staff are helpful, responsive, and make you very comfortable throughout the entire process. The work Dr. Tresley did was outstanding and even 6 weeks out I am getting a ton of compliments on how much younger and “more awake” I look. I highly recommend Dr. Tresley and his team for any oculofacial work you want to have done.

Worst experience with a doctor ever! He made me wait for an hour and then came to “solve” my eye problem in a fast way, he didn’t even solve anything. I believe he is more interested in people that actually go to do plastic surgery which I was not doing. He said I need a surgery that may solve the problem I have, and then quickly sent me to the financial person. When receiving his invoice, I had questions and the person in charge Aracelli was very rude, couldn’t answer my doubts about the invoice and even hung up on me. I’m giving them one star because the doctor’s assistant was patient and nice with me.

The front desk welcomes patients and connects making eye contact; the patient does not feel invisible. Support staff are well qualified and communicate clearly. Dr. Tresley’s consult provided an education on the problems and defined the procedures recommended to fix them. Tae was exceptional in her knowledge of surgical procedures, reviewing the defined plan of surgery and outlining the patient handbook, which is a patient’s guide to knowing and planning for the surgery. Every detail is given to the patient to meet a successful outcome. Post surgery, this patient had swelling and redness, but no colored bruising, probably due to the Arnica pills and eating pineapple prior to surgery. Following the instructions and supplies provided by Dr. Tresley, really made the healing process quite simple. At five weeks post op, the results projected are visible and patient is very happy. Dr. Tresley’s surgical skills and seamless process from consult to post op were exceptionally executed by him and support staff.
