This patient complained of drooping eyelids that were affecting his vision. After a visual field examination was completed, a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair was performed to tighten and lift the loosened upper eyelid muscle. A bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty was performed to get rid of the excess fat and skin that created hooding on the eyelid. Dr. Tresley also performed a bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty, which eliminated the heavy under eyelid bags. His results were dramatic.
