This patient came in to address her drooping eyelids that were obstructing her vision. She expressed that she was unhappy with the heavy, dark bags under her eyes. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid and elevate the eyelid. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin and fat and a bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty, which eliminated the heavy under eyelid bags. The results are dramatic.
