This patient came in wanting to fix her drooping upper eyelids that were obstructing her vision. She also noted that her eyes constantly felt tired and had a sleepy appearance to them. After a completing a visual field exam, Dr. Tresley recommended a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin and fat. He also recommended a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid and elevate the eyelid. After going through with both recommendations, that patient now has a more vibrant, youthful appearance and has improved vision as well.
