This patient was unhappy with the overall look of her eyes and forehead. Her fatty and thickened upper eyelids gave her a very tired appearance. Her forehead was drooping which caused her eyebrows to rest on her upper eyelids. In addition she had developed fine surface lines and a deep furrow. Her under eyelids demonstrated loose skin and puffiness. Dr. Tresley performed several procedures. A Bilateral Upper and Bilateral Lower Lid Blepharoplasty, Forehead Lift (Endoscopic Forehead Elevation) and Laser Peel Skin Resurfacing (Sciton Laser) was also used to soften the under eye wrinkles. A more youthful, natural and rested appearance was the result.
