This patient had significant drooping to both upper eyelids that impaired her peripheral vision and gave her a sleepy appearance. The patient also felt that her lower eyelids were turning outwards and sagging away from the eye, making the eye feel irritated and dry. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin and fat and a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid and elevate the eyelid. He also performed a bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty, which eliminated the heavy under eyelid bags. In addition, Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral lower lid ectropion where he tightened the eyelid and returned it back to normal positioning.
