This patient came in wanting to address the heavy, tired look of her eyes as well as the obstruction of her vision. After a completing a visual field exam, Dr. Tresley recommended a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin and fat. He also recommended a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid and elevate the eyelid. After going through with both recommendations, that patient was extremely pleased with her outcome.
