This patient came in wanting to correct her fatigued, heavy upper eyelids that were obstructing her vision. After a completed a visual field exam, Dr. Tresley suggested a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin and fat. He also recommended a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid that was impairing the patient’s vision. After going through with both recommendations, the patient was extremely pleased with her outcome.
