This patient was displeased with the hooding created by the heavy, excess skin on her upper eyelids. This hooding also caused her vision to be compromised. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper eyelid ptosis repair, which tightens and lifts the loosened upper eyelid muscle. He also performed a bilateral brow lift, which elevated the outer eyebrow and placed it into a more pleasing position. She is very happy with her youthful and rested look.
