This patient complained of droopy, heavy eyelids that were impairing her vision. She also wanted to remove the excess skin and fatty tissue from her upper lids to create a more aesthetically pleasing look. A bilateral upper lid ptosis repair was performed which tightened and elevated the upper eyelid muscle. A bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty was also performed which got rid of the excess fat and skin that created hooding on the eyelid.
