Patient Case #0279

Case ID: 0279

Individual results may vary.

Case Details

This woman felt that her vision was being compromised by the significant drooping in her upper eyelids, with the right eyelid being worse than the left. She expressed she was unhappy with the excess skin and fatty tissue that was giving her a tired appearance. She also noted that her eyelid was turning outwards and sagging away from the eye, causing her eyes to be red, irritated, and dry. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid ptosis, which tightens and elevates the upper eyelid muscle. He also performed a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty to get rid of the excess fat and skin that was hanging on the upper eyelid. In addition, Dr. Tresley performed an ectropion repair where he tightened the eyelid and returned it back to normal positioning.
