The front desk welcomes patients and connects making eye contact; the patient does not feel invisible. Support staff are well qualified and communicate clearly. Dr. Tresley’s consult provided an education on the problems and defined the procedures recommended to fix them. Tae was exceptional in her knowledge of surgical procedures, reviewing the defined plan of surgery and outlining the patient handbook, which is a patient’s guide to knowing and planning for the surgery. Every detail is given to the patient to meet a successful outcome. Post surgery, this patient had swelling and redness, but no colored bruising, probably due to the Arnica pills and eating pineapple prior to surgery. Following the instructions and supplies provided by Dr. Tresley, really made the healing process quite simple. At five weeks post op, the results projected are visible and patient is very happy. Dr. Tresley’s surgical skills and seamless process from consult to post op were exceptionally executed by him and support staff.
Dr. Tresley is awesome Doctor and very Friendly and reassuring. His staff and especially Gayla his nurse is great too! I had a wonderful experience there and totally trusted him with any procedure. I would definitely recommend him. .

Dr. Tresley is an amazing surgeon with extensive experience and a very professional yet friendly demeanor. I went in for a consultation for an upper eye blepheroplasty to remove skin off my hooded eyelids. He explained that unless I also had a temporal eyebrow lift, I would not get the results I wanted, due to the fact that my eyebrows were resting on my brow bone, not above them. I am so grateful that I took his advice and booked both procedures. The results are amazing and so natural looking. Instant ten years off my appearance. The procedure and recovery was pretty straightforward with no complications. I am so grateful that I followed his advice. I will be going back to him next year for some minimal Botox and fillers because he really has an eye for creating a natural look. Strongly recommend Dr Tresley!
