Got the botox and it did not take during the 2 weeks. And to go back & pay again was not right . Would not go back . And he was recommended by a staff member and she said he will not leave you high & dry . And I spent a lot that day on other issues. Not a good experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my initial visit, surgery, and follow-up appointment with Dr. Daniel Tresley. When heading off to his office for my first appointment and then the surgery, I must confess I was a little nervous because it involved eyelid surgery. I quickly discovered that Dr. Tresley had a great “bedside manner” in his approach to patients, putting me completely at ease with his explanation of the surgery and the results I could expect. Dr. Tresley’s office is a model of efficiency, featuring a great and well-trained staff. I cannot compliment him enough for his surgical skill and ability to make his patients feel completely at ease. If I ever need another plastic surgery procedure, I will definitely call Dr. Tresley for a repeat appointment and recommend him wholeheartedly.

I’ve had very difficult time since I had surgery on my left eye from Dr. Daniel Tresley on 4/01/25 His only goal is to get paid regardless of the outcome of the surgery & patient’s feeling. After the surgery, I had bleeding from the incision site every two or three hours for three days. My left eye was full of blood and was flowing out. I was so scared & I went to ER. The ER doctor said after taking CT scan “Stitches not strong. Go to the surgeon as soon as the office opens.” But Dr. Daniel Tresley was on vacation. I was able to be seen by him after 6 days of ER visit. He said “ It happens “ & just trimmed stitches. Later I found the incision site is open.That’s why I had bleeding. So, I went to the doctor’s office after leaving message without an appointment. Several employees said “ You can’t see Dr. Tresley without appointment. If you don’t leave now, I will call the police.” I left there. I was mistreated & ignored. On appointment day ( 6/02/25) , the employees said “ you can’t see him without canceling the dispute.” I dispute the payment because my incision site is open & I have to apply steri -strips for shampooing or washing my face more than two months. I couldn’t see him until 6/02/25 with open incision area.I was so upset. Later I was able to see him after I told them another doctor was so upset about this.( I visited another doctor because of the problem.) Dr. Daniel Tresley said “ Cancel the dispute & pay in cash. Then I will do stitches on open incision area. You decide . But your left eye might be smaller “ The surgery didn’t have to be done because skin was not enough for that. Nowadays I am so frustrated & I can’t trust him anymore. { After reading Dr. Tresley’s posting } Please be honest. You didn’t explain excessive skin was removed from the previous surgery. No clear explanation that secondary procedures are significantly more complex and carry a different set of risks. Did you know that I was so anxious during the procedure because while you were in surgery, you were talking to a medical student continuously that had nothing to do with the surgery? On 4/16/25, 6 days after visiting ER because of bleeding complication, you just said “ It happens “ & trimmed stitches. No explanation- clots can naturally break down during healing process. I just found out after reading your post. Why I canceled the payment? I visited your office on 4/24/25 for this open incision area without appointment after leaving message. But you didn’t see me because I had no appointment. An employee said “ Dr. Tresley said if she doesn’t leave here, call the police.” I left there. I was mistreated & ignored. How mean the employees were! I visited another doctor with this problem on 5/07/25. The doctor was very upset after hearing & said “ you had to be very aggressive & active.you had to say that you will not leave there until seen by the doctor.” I hesitated to post my writing but people said “ You have to do so that others are not harmed either “I accepted their advice.

I had a consultation, was scheduled, and had my surgery all within a month or so. Everyone was so informative and Dr Tresley was wonderful. I had a procedure that I could be awake for and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m still a bit swollen but I can tell the results are going to match my expectations. Highly recommend!

I consulted with5 facial plastic surgeons in Chicago regarding my eye surgery. Dr. Tresley made the best impression on me. He is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. The procedure was completely painless. To my surprise local anesthesia is completely safe and provides perfect amount of relaxation and pain relief. Additionally, Dr. Tresley has a very pleasant bed side manners. His staff is equally friendly and helpful.

I had a large melanoma removed from my lower eyelid, cheek area. Dr Tresley did an amazing job putting my face back together! The surgery was painless, and I had very little down time. I’m three weeks out and my face almost is back to normal. His entire staff is above and beyond professional and caring. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I work for an optometrist and we have referred many patients to him with unbelievable success, that is why I went to him. Now I have had my own personal experience, I would recommend no one else.

I was at my ophthalmologist office having my final exam after cataract surgery. I inquired as to who he recommended to have a blephroplasty and he stated that Dr. Tresley was the best. My soul reason for having this procedure was my vision was like looking through a box And that should not have been the case after I had my cataracts done I was supposed to be able to see the world in a different light which I did not Dr. Tresley did my surgery and my whole world opened up! Dr. Tresley Is a fantastic surgeon and he truly cares about his patient and their results. I am so glad he was my surgeon.

Dr Tresley and his team were fantastic throughout the process. Dr Tresley went above and beyond to minimize the repair of my lower eye lid following Mohs surgery. I can’t say enough good thing and certainly would recommend them to my friends and family
