Ectropion Repair and Bilateral Upper Lid Blepharoplasty
This patient had eyelid drooping and heavy upper lids that were impairing her peripheral vision. Dr. Tresley suggested an upper eyelid lift (Blepharoplasty) to raise her eyelids and brightened her eyes.
This woman came in to see Dr. Tresley and presented slight hooding and excess skin on her upper eyelids. A Bilateral Upper Lid Blepharoplasty was performed which gave her a more “awakened” appearance.
This patient had significant drooping to both upper eyelids that impaired her peripheral vision and gave her a sleepy appearance. She was complaining of excess upper eyelid skin and puffiness and under eyelid bags, fatty lids, and wrinkled skin. Additionally she had irritation secondary to her eyelashes rubbing on her eyes (Entropion).
