This patient presented under eyelid looseness (ectropion) & excessive tearing. Dr. T recommended tightening of the lower eyelids. A tarsal strip procedure was performed to restore her eyelid to its natural position. Additionally, a lower eyelid tuck (blepharoplasty) was performed to improve her baggy eyelid appearance.
