This patient came in complaining of drooping upper eyelids that were affecting his vision. He also noted that his eyes felt tired and heavy. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid Ptosis repair which tightens and lifts the loosened upper eyelid muscle. He also performed an Eyebrow Lift (Browpexy) to elevate the outer brow placing it in a more pleasing position. In addition, Dr. Tresley performed lower lid fat repositioning (Bilateral Lower Lid Blepharoplasty), which eliminated the heavy under eyelid bags.
