This patient presented significant hooding to both of her upper eyelids. She also had prominent under eyelid festoons and baggy lower eyelids. Her under eyelid looseness (Ectropion) caused tearing. She underwent an Upper and Lower Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty) to remove excess skin, cheek lift (SOOF Elevation), and a lower eyelid tightening procedure (Ectropion repair). Her results were dramatic.
