This patient had drooping eyelids that were obstructing her vision. She was unhappy with the deep, heavy bags under her eyes. The patient also felt that her eyelids were sagging away from the eye, leaving the eye feeling irritated and dry. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to correct the drooping lid and elevate the eyelid. He performed a bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess upper eyelid skin and fat and a bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty, which eliminated the heavy under eyelid bags. He also performed an ectropion repair where he tightened the lower eyelid and returned it back to its normal positioning. In addition, he performed an endoscopic forehead elevation and brow lift, which resuspended the sagging brows along with the skin of the forehead into a more youthful position.
