The patient is a 48-year-old Female who was complaining of drooping and herniated tissue to bilateral upper and lower eyelids. Patient was also unhappy with the puffiness along both lower lids. It was explained to the patient that minimal skin was present, and that the procedure would need to be done from a posterior approach with a small amount of skin removal. Dr. Tresley performed an Upper and Lower Lid Blepharoplasty and Laser skin resurfacing was then performed along both lower lids. A fractional laser resurfacing was performed along the left lateral nasal to help diminish a scar that is present from a previous Mohs procedure.
