Excellent results! I had a cyst inside and under an eyebrow. My first opinion from another plastic surgeon was unacceptable, as I was told my eyebrow would definitely be changed. Dr Tresley process as he explained it, is different and offered better results. He did an excellent job by cutting into an existing crease in my upper lid, so the scar disappeared. Tresley was the first recommendation on the referral list from my primary care physician, and my primary was right.

Dr Tresley and his staff are amazing. From the first consultation to the final post-op appointment I felt great confidence that I had chosen the correct practice for my surgery. Nancy and Irena at the front desk always greeted me with kindness and a welcoming smile. Tae is a genius when it comes to maneuvering the maze of insurance. She also provided a detailed aftercare booklet that was invaluable. Gayla, the medical asst., took such care in prepping me for surgery, making sure I was comfortable during the procedure, and carefully going over all the do’s and don’ts to make my recovery easier. The entire staff complimented my results and were always so kind. Dr Tresley is a master artist. He performed Ptosis and Blepharoplasty surgery on me. His beautifully, skilled work not only has taken years off of my face but has brought back a joyful inner spirit. I haven’t felt or looked this good in years! I highly recommend Dr Tresley’s practice to anyone wanting to look and feel the best they possibly can.

I’ve debated long and hard whether to leave a review or not, as one doesn’t necessarily want to air their cosmetic surgery blunders publicly, but…after 3 years, I’ve decided to go ahead. I had a lower blepharoplasty in 2018 with Dr. Tresley. The experience itself was fine. He was personable and professional and my experience with his office staff was fine. The issue was the quality of the work. I was told that it would take a year to really settle, and it’s been 3 years now and I was never really satisfied with the result. I just had a consultation with another surgeon who confirmed what I thought. Dr. Tresely removed too much fat, and left too much loose skin. The result is that when I smile I actually have more lines under my eyes than I did before the surgery. I actually think it makes me look a little older and more tired. When I brought up my concerns in a post operative follow up, I feel he brushed them off, and offered me botox for crow’s feet, which really weren’t the issue. All in all, I would say I had a very disappointing result. You can see the results in the photos I’ve uploaded both smiling and not smiling…too many lines under my eye.
