The team was extremely attentive and effective from my initial decision to have the procedure, preparing me for surgery, the surgery itself and the post op care through my final follow up visit. I first went to see Dr. Tresley because of an issue I had with my right eye. I had a sack under my right eye that looked somewhat like a black eye and a very heavy sack that encompassed my eye and cheek. I’ve been dealing with this for quite a few years!! I saw a plastic surgeon, different ophthalmologists and eye doctors through the years, even lymph node estheticians to ask what or why do I have this issue? The first 5 minutes of my appointment with Dr. Tresley was amazing! He knew exactly what the blackened swollen area under the eye was and corrected it on the spot! I immediately knew he was the guy for the surgery I wanted!! In March, right before the shutdown of covid I had both upper and lower eyes done and a brow lift with Dr. Tresley. I’m a 72 yr. old woman so I just had twilight during the operation instead of full blown anesthesia. I am so glad that I had this done and I’m very happy with Dr. Tresley’s expertise! He made me a new woman!!! He’s an amazing guy. He and his staff are very friendly, professional and every step of the way they explain everything so you get it! I waited far too long to have my upper blepharoplasty done. I am over the moon happy and my eyes are awesome. I don’t wear any makeup and now that my eyes are “open”, I get so many compliments! I think Dr. Tresley is amazing and the process from start to finish has been flawless. Little to no pain, bruising was minimal and procedure was easy. He is patient and kind and a perfectionist and left me with a brilliant result! As for his office staff, they are wonderful. A big thank you to Tae and Gayla and Nancy. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long….
