I suffered with a watery eye for almost 4 years. I went to several ophthalmologists to try to get some relief from this issue. I was prescribed drops, and told that it was just something that happens as we age. My right lower eyelid would continuously fill with water. I was constantly wiping my eye with a tissue and my lower lid became irritated. I was referred to Dr. Tresley in August 2019. He quickly diagnosed my problem, and performed inpatient surgery that fixed my problem. What a relief not to have constant tearing. Dr. Tresley and his staff (especially Tae) were all wonderful, and supportive during my surgery and the healing process.

MUST READ BEFORE YOU SEE THIS DR. Hector C., if I could give this doctor 0 stars I will do it, but I will not be able to post this review. On early november last year, I went to see this dr. to see if he could lift my lower eyelids because I have sclera show in both eyes, but it is more noticeable in my right eye. So he told me that he could do it but he would need to put tarsus grafts implants in both lower eyelids. Then, his surgical coordinator, Tae, convinced me to do it because according to her ” he will never do something to you that he feels that he is not capable to do”. I had this surgery on 03/29/19 and I paid $4,640. Then, after the weeks went by my lower eyelids pulled down again, but my right lower eyelid retracted even more than before surgery . I went to see him and in that appointment he called one of his assistants and both of them tried to convince me that my eyes were even. Finally, I convinced him to fix it, but he said that I needed ptosis surgery on the my right upper eyelid because he said that he would lift my upper eyelid higher than the previous surgery and my right will look smaller, which I doubted it. However, I was very desperate and the only way he would fix my lower eyelid was if I paid him an additional $2,600 for ptosis surgery so I paid him for this surgery and I went again under the nife on 08/19/19. The results looked good and I massaged the lower eyelid upwards as he recommended. But the lower eyelid started to pull down again and I went to see him and I showed him a picture that showed the sclera show and he ignored it and he and his assistant tryed to convinced me that my eyes were even. He even said that I should stop looking at the mirror. With that comment, he made me feel like if I was crazy or obsessed with my eyelids. So I end up with my lower eyelid exactly as they looked before the first surgery. However, since I had ptosis surgery, my right eye looks bigger than my left eye. Finally, I contacted his surgical coordinator, Tae, to see if he could fix it or if he could return my $7,240 back and as soon as I mentioned if I can get my money back she got very rude and disrespectful and she hung up the phone while I was talking to her. Then, I decided to make an appointment with the dr. last Wednesday to see him this Monday 11/18/19 and on Friday they cancelled the appointment and they told me they will call me back later that day to reschedule and they made me wait like an idiot because they never called me back. So DO NOT SEE THIS DR. because he is going to take your money away and you will not like the results!!

This doctor is absolutely awful. Beware. He has some of the worst bedside manor I have ever experienced. He was not thorough in his approach and just wanted money out of my situation. He did surgery on me in March 2016 and made my situation 3 times worse than it was. when he saw the surgery was unsuccessful he wanted to do ANOTHER surgery without sending me to any other specialist to find the real root of my issue. 3 years later, he sends me to Collections for 120 dollars when I spent over 2,000 for everything I went through. Absolutely terrible.

I had botox before a big trip The wrinkles between my eyes grew and started sagging into my nose. My eyebrows were straight across in a mean sneer! Now 2 weeks later my eyelids have fallen covering the top third of my eye and hindering my vision. Dr Tresley couldn’t fix it and would not give me an adjustment refund, He said it eould go away after awhile. Meantime I am on a Safari Scaring the animals. Beware
