I had a great experience with Dr Tresley. The procedure for the eyes couldn’t have gone any better. I was very happy with the results. His employees were very nice & helpful & make you feel relaxed. I would highly recommend Dr Tresley.

I waited for three weeks for this appointment to remove a small chalazion from the inner portion of my eye. A very small lesion that I knew would take a few minutes to remove. As I checked in the receptionist insisted to scan my Driver’s License in their system in which I declined. I showed my license for verification purposed but asked to not scan. The receptionist had the office manager Elene Gadomski speak to me who stated I should go see another doctor and that she speaks for the doctor. Elene and the receptionist stated that they need my driver’s license to send to pathology, though I didn’t need to send anything to pathology. Huh! Elene was rude, smirked at me as if she won the battle, and intentionally had me wait an extra hour to see the doctor. Very upsetting but that’s how bad I wanted this lump removed for the holidays. This office also keeps a credit card on file to pay your bill, no checks or cash accepted here. Dr. Tesley was nice, and as expected removed the small lesion from my eye within a few minutes with no pathology. I explained the exchange of words that took place with Elene and I in which Dr. Tesley explained the collection agency wants a picture for collection efforts if it comes to that which can only be captured on a driver’s license. Huh! So the front desk people lied. As an IT professional of many years I explained to Dr. Tesley the issue is that he cannot keep the data safe from data hacks and breeches thus people have a right to chose to have their information scanned or not. Legally he cannot ask to keep personal information such as a social security card, driver’s license, birth certificate, etc. as hostage to ensure payment and/or to provide services. I won’t be returning though I don’t have a need too based on the office policy. Everyone should pay their bills but holding personal information is not the means to ensure payment. Dr. Tesley seems nice and in a position we all find ourselves in which is how to ensure people pay up for those who provide services. Maybe healthcare should start posting quotes for the work and then people can make better decisions as to whether to continue with appointments.

Went to Dr Tresley on a recommendation and immediately trusted him and the entire staff. I never even shopped around or got another opinion. He was very professional and mommy gave suggestions after I inquired about what could be done. The day of surgery they had prepared me well and it was all done in office and the only thing that hurt was shot. The rest of it was painless. The before and after pictures are incredible and I feel so refreshed and rested! Recovery went exactly as they had explained and was traveling (by car) a week later (with a little bruising still which was to be expected!) Follow up care was friendly and easy. They all seem like friends now and i would highly recommend him.

Dr Tresley is an exceptionally skilled and gifted plastic surgeon. He far exceeded my expectations. He strives for perfection in his craft and does so in a professional and easy going manner. He literally changed my life in a profound and lasting way. I am extremely grateful to Dr Tresley and his staff, who are equally professional and personable. I only wish I had discovered Dr Tresley earlier. He comes with my highest recommendation.

Dr. Tresley is an incredible Dr. who listens to what you want but will give his honest opinion and never go overboard. I went in for Botox and he not only did an amazing job, but gives you what he thinks is the right amount and you will never be disappointed with the results. He’s someone you can always trust. I highly recommend him for any procedure.
