I visited Dr. Tresley for a procedure covered by insurance due to symptoms associated my autoimmune disease. Upon arrival, I provided my new insurance card, which they accepted without indicating any potential issues or additional costs. Months later, I was shocked to receive a bill over $1,000 more than the usual cost. Worse, I got a voicemail falsely accusing me of not providing my new insurance information. After numerous calls, it became clear they had mistakenly billed my old insurance and couldn’t rectify it with my new one. Although they apologized for their billing error, they refused to adjust the bill. While still disputing this charge, the full amount was charged to my credit card without warning or consent. Despite knowing their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars, I was left to bear the financial burden. I would never have undergone the procedure had I been informed it would cost more than ten times the usual amount. Their handling of the situation showed a blatant disregard and lack of consideration for me as a patient. I am extremely disappointed with how this office managed the issue. I would not recommend Dr. Tresley’s office to anyone.

Dr. Tresley’s fine work on my eyelids and bags are exactly was I was hoping for. My family gene pool has large bags under all of our eyes and for some reason I was hit with the biggest bags. Not only that, but had tear duct problems which prevented my eyes from properly draining which in turn caused my eyes to constantly tear up and get goopy. After the surgery the results are amazing. The bags are gone PLUS I also look much younger without looking like a plastic doll and I can watch movies and drive without vision impairment. The surgery went very smoothly. I can tell you I was a nervous wreck but the staff patiently answered all of my questions prior which put me at ease. During the procedure I did not feel a thing at all. Of course the recovery week you may look very beat up, but I assure you after a week of following the Doctors directions, you can easily see the results very fast. I really want to thank Dr. Tresley and his staff for a wonderful experience and the results were beyond my expectations.

Dr Tresley is the best! He is kind, patient, and massively talented! I would return to him in a heartbeat!

I have had surgery for ptosis with Dr. Tresley on two occasions- in February of 2022 and in 2024 (April and May). He was caring and concerned during the surgery and with the follow up issues. I thought that I had a problem about four days flying the last procedure; he saw me , throughly examined my specific eye and reassured me that there was not the problem that I thought it was and simply keeping it wet would help in the healing. As usual, he was correct. He is a skilled surgeon so that for the first time in about a year, I can see the world out of two open eyes…a wonderful feeling . Dr Tresley has been recommended to me by two independent sources. One said: “he’s been doing it long enough to know what he’s doing yet not long enough for his hands to shake.” The other one said: “he is the best eye doctor in the area. Go with whatever he suggests.” While I fully agree with statement number one I must add that I appreciated even more feeling in full control of my treatment. I am very very happy with the results. He did a great job. I had some anxiety about doing cosmetic surgery, but he and his staff put me at ease and were easy to work with. The result was all I could have hoped.

My husband, an ENT suggested I go to Dr. Tresley because I thought my eyes were getting very tired looking and baggy. Dr. Tresley did a fantastic job. My eyes look like they did more than 20 years ago. The difference is staggering. As a bonus, he is a very nice and personable doctor.
