This patient came in complaining that her vision was being compromised by the significant drooping in her upper eyelids. She also wanted to get the excess skin and fatty tissue removed that were giving her a tired, heavy look. Dr. Tresley performed a bilateral upper lid ptosis, which tightens and lifts the upper eyelid muscle. He also performed a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty to get rid of the excess fat and skin that was hanging on the upper eyelid.
