This patient felt that her vision was being compromised by the significant drooping in her left upper eyelid. She also wanted to address the excess skin and fatty tissue that made her eyes look tired and heavy. Dr. Tresley performed an upper lid ptosis on the left eyelid, which tightens and lifts the upper eyelid muscle. He also performed a bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty to get rid of the excess fat and skin that was hanging on the upper eyelid. The patient was extremely pleased with her final outcome.
